You will have 14-Days from the date your item is delivered to return the item for any reason, you will need to contact us for an RMA number before shipping the item back to our facility to receive your money back return. Eligible Returns: Within that 14-Day window, an item can be returned for any reason. In order to be eligible for this, the item must be in original condition it was shipped in and with all accessories the item was shipped with. Return Shipping: Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The item to be returned must arrive at our facility within 20 business days of the date of delivery. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed through PayPal within 3 business days. Restocking Fee: As we individually refurbish and rigorously test each unit after you purchase them, we require a restocking fee for all returned items. If you return a unit for a refund, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your final refunded amount. If in the first 14-days, if you send your item in for repair, you will not be charged a restocking fee and will not be responsible for return shipping.
