CUSTOMIZED CONFIGURATION: You decide where you want the door, windows and AC etc. IN-PLANT OFFICE INCLUDES: A 4 sided inplant office 8’ high, utilizing 3" thick wall panels nominally 4’ wide (or 2’ as required), constructed with maintenance free vinyl finished 5/8” fire rated gypsum on both sides and laminated to an insulated EPS core, corrugated steel roof deck, acoustical drop ceiling, 3'x7' steel door w/window, lever lockset, and all connecting hardware to make a complete office. The office is for interior use only. WINDOWS ARE INCLUDED: All wall panels (excluding the door and AC panel) include a nominal 4’x4’ fixed tempered glass window. If fewer windows are needed, these can be replaced with solid wall panels at no additional cost during our design and approval stage. PRE-WIRED ELECTRICAL KIT INCLUDES: 3 2’x4' T-8 light fixture w/bulbs, 1 switch, 4 duplex outlets, 1 AC outlet, and breaker panel. All items are prewired with WirePak Modular Wiring. An ELECTRICIAN IS REQUIRED (not provided) to bring power to the breaker panel and make all connections at the breaker panel. HVAC INCLUDES: A wall mounted 7500+/- BTU Air Conditioner w/4000+/- BTU heat. Designed for standard plant conditions. *DELIVERY INCLUDES: Delivery to your dock, unloading (excluding longer distance LTL shipments), and staging of an area adjacent to the assembly site. *DELIVERY DISTANCE: Delivery is included up to a 500 mile drive from our manufacturing plant in Knoxville, TN. beyond 500 miles your order may be shipped LTL and additional charges may apply. Please contact us to confirm your shipping costs. ASSEMBLY INCLUDES: Anchoring and assembling our product to a level concrete floor inside your building, per your approved design, and our standard conditions. A site survey with our standard conditions will be provided after ordering. Special assembly requests can be provided at an additional cost. Delays to the assembly at your facility or additional work required are charged at $180/per hour. CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE: An electrician (for breaker panel hook-up per above), and a clear assembly and staging area before we arrive. NOT INCLUDED: Taxes (we only charge sales tax in TN), fees, permits, seismic zone consideration, engineering services, sealed drawings, calculations, customizing or resizing of any components, finish other than prime first coat on any structural steel, floor, and floor finishes, are not included. Area is free and clear of any obstructions such as columns or equipment etc. 3. Area is a level concrete first floor 4. There are no extreme temperature, noise or dust problems etc. 5. The available working hours are to be flexible, typically 7 am to 6 pm, Monday- Friday and not restricted. Weekend or holiday time is not included. 6. A work day is eight hours, however, it may be extended at the option of our assembly manager 7. There are no specific assembly time frame impositions 8. There shall be no restrictions of metal cutting, drilling etc. within the assembly area 9. There shall be no work stoppage or delays of the assembly personnel for any reason, including waiting for other contractors etc. 10. Reasonable food and lodging is available within thirty minutes from the job site 11. There are no field modifications or special cuts necessary 12. Preparation of the site i.e. construction barriers or screening to prevent dust or injury etc. is the responsibility of the customer. 13. Cleaning the product or area after the installation is the responsibility of the customer 14. Electrical wiring (except modular wiring) hookups, breaker panel installation and bringing power to the office are not included 15. A dumpster shall be placed near the site or the assembly personnel shall stack debris near the site for removal by the customer 16. 110 volt electrical power is available within fifty feet of the assembly area 17. There is no required safety equipment, i.e. hardhats, ear / eye protection, masks etc. 18. There is no finished floor (carpet, vinyl tile etc.) installation 19. Only authorized National Partitions personnel are permitted to perform the contracted assembly work. 20. Written notification on all special instructions and prohibited procedures or materials etc. shall be provided by customer prior to crew arrival.
