    National Instruments NI PCI-8430/2 RS-232 Dual Port Card FOR PARTS/REPAIR The test computer doesn't boot with the card installed so we assume that there is a short or other problem with the card Good cosmetic condition (see picture) The listing only includes the card as pictured Nothing else is included Please check the compatibility for your usage prior to purchase. Look  at the Pictures for more Details NO WARRANTY - NO RETURNS - NO REFUNDS - AS IS       Payment Options: Credit/Debit Cards, eChecks and balance transfers accepted through PayPal. eCheck must clear before item is shipped (may take up to 5 business days for echecks to clear). All payment must be received within 7 days after purchase confirmed.   Note: An unpaid item claim will be filled on the 7th day after end of auction if payment or communication has not been received.     Shipping:   ·       We usually ship the items within 24 hrs or one business day after the payment has been received and a tracking number is provided. However if we accept to issue a refund for any reason a re-stocking fee of 10% will be applied for all refunds and also remember that shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any case.
