New parts: front panels, trim, selection labels, price labels, light bulbs and lock with 2 keys. Plus anything else to make the front of the machine look brand new. Rebuilt changer and validator (new belts and rollers) installed. Machine is then coin tested, levelers greased, customer's prices programmed in and it's ready to ship.
