NASCO LIFEFORM INTRADERMAL INJECTION SIMULATOR MODEL #LF01008U-W/ EXTRA ARM SECTION-GENTLY USED This NASCO LIFE/FORM injection simulator was purchased at a medical school liquidation. It is in gently used condition. We do not know much about medical school training equipment, except for what we found in our online research. It appears to be a complete set with the arm, the manual, the original box, the sealant (unopened) and the needle (unused). The original set overall appears to be in new condition, but we do not know for sure since it was purchased at a liquidation. We included an extra arm with this set, which is also in gently used condition. You will be getting the item pictured in the listing.
