In 2010 this machine was upgraded with a new Centroid CNC Control control with all new Yaskawa 4.4 kW Motors and Drives. The original owner spent $100,000 in upgrades and mechanical reconditioning. There is an issue with the pallet exchange, shuttling in from pallet A to pallet B. The machine features a 15HP AC spindle, 40-station tool changer, 360° B axis indexer (1 degree), two-position rotary pallet changer, and chip auger/conveyer system.
