Complete Receiving Door Control The Monitor 4000 Exit Alarm can be temporarily bypassed for deliveries and trash removal, but reminds managers to close and secure the door. The 100dB alarm will sound when someone attempts an unauthorized exit or when the door remains open past the authorized time. The unit can be  plugged into an existing standard outlet, and has a rechargeable backup battery. The unit ships complete and ready to install for immediate use. The Monitor 4000 Exit Alarm is the most effective solution to combat pilferage and protect employees from unauthorized entries through security-sensitive doors. Patented Prop Deterrent -If the door is not shut in the allotted time, after authorized use, the adjustable timer in the alarm box will sound the alarm; eliminating propped open doors. Automatic Reset - Alarm resets immediately when the door is closed and is not dependent on an employee remembering to rearm the system. Armed Alarm Box - Sensor inside the unit prevents unauthorized persons from tampering with the time settings and turning off the alarm. High Security Keys - Protects against unauthorized duplication of keys. Alarmed Control Key Switch - Notifies staff each time the alarm/door is accessed, and reminds user to remove key after use. Mounts on the wall - Prevents damage typical to door mounted alarm due to delivery carts, weather, and slammed doors. Increases lifespan of the unit. Backup Battery - Built-in automatic resetting surge protector and continuously charging backup battery system ensures the door remains armed in case of power outage, circuit failure or attempts to cut off power illegally. Multiple Door Application - A single Monitor 4000 Exit Alarm can be used to secure multiple doors or double doors with the addition of extra sensors. High Bias Magnetic Sensors -  Our dual polarity sensors provide extra protection. Placing a magnet or other object on the sensor to simulate a closed door will cause the alarm to sound.
