We have a a Military Grade 608E / TS-510 B/U Signal Generator made by Hewlett-Packard .It comes with the original Military shipping container that is came in. It has extra tubes in a box in the top of the shipping container. The tubes were not tested in any way. The Signal Generator has only been tested by plugging it in and it lights up nicely ( and I did not ) .The has a frequency range of 10 Mhz---480 Mhz in 5 bands as shown in the pictures. It comes with the original cables and everything else that you see in the pictures. As for the condition...it is is great condition which I would say is very good. There are very few scratches here and there but not many. It does not look like it was taken out of the case much at all. To see a copy of the specifications I found a website with a free download of the operator's and maintenace manual .Here is the site :http://radionerds.com/index.php/AN~USM-44 You will want to download the file called TM 11-6625-508-14-1 This file is 114 pages long so it will explain the operation and other specifications much better than I can do here. Now for the weight. It Signal Generator itself weighs in at 70 pounds and in the case it is a very heavy 110 pounds. You could drop a bomb on this case and it would not hurt the contents!
