The MPLAB® PM3 Universal Device Programmer is easy to use and operates with a PC or as a stand-alone unit, and programs Microchip's entire line of PIC® devices as well as the latest dsPIC® DSC devices. When used standalone, data can be loaded and saved with the SD/MMC card (not included). Mfg: Microchip technology Model: MPLAB PM3 Universal Device Programmer What's in the photo is included: (2) ICD2 In-Circuit Debugger devices (1) PICKit Serial Analyzer (1) ICSP cable (1) Serial cable (1) USB cable (1) Power supply w/cord (1) Software disc (not pictured) Serial Number: recorded on invoice The unit powers on, but the display does not show a menu (X in photo). The green "power" LED is lit though. Used, powers on - AS-IS Warranty     Limited DOA Warranty We test the equipment as best we can and specify the condition in the description.  Please read the description carefully to determine the functionality of the unit you are bidding on.  We do not guarantee compatibility of our hardware with yours.  Please make sure you know what you’re bidding on and that it will work for you. Tested, working units have a Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) warranty only.   DOA means buyer must test the item within 24-hours of receipt and make a claim by the next business day. Buyer pays return shipping for DOA units, if applicable. AS-IS/parts-only units will be specified as such and retain no warranty.   Shipping We package the unit for safe shipment re-using packaging materials and boxes where appropriate as part of our environmentally friendly status as a Green Recycler. Please inspect the shipment carefully upon arrival; damage claims must be made directly with the shipper.
