Jaybee Vat pasteurizer 15-30 gallon.  This is a commercial and well respected brand for a small dairy farm and/or cheese making operation. It has been inspected and approved by state licensing dept staff. It is 4 years old.  Excellent condition. In addition to milk pasteurization it also doubles as a vat for both soft and hard cheese making as well as yogurt. This vat includes all necessary components such as built in heater in lid, drain valve, digital thermocouples, fan and Anderson chart recorder. It has been lovingly maintained and it works with complete efficiency and is problem free. Additional photos are available should you desire them. It is priced at 16,000.  The price reflects the make, model, condition and age as well as this being an easily accepted model for your dairy inspector. Many other models on the market are not considered acceptable for commercial use despite their capacity. Current new models of this size are typically priced at 22,000 or more before delivery. Depending on location of buyer we will consider personal delivery at a low cost which will include set up from a fully licensed electrician and instruction for operation.
