We have gone through all the different components and replaced anything that was worn or damaged. This machine currently has the following NEW: Auto Focus assembly, Air assist hose, X motor, belts ( X, Y and Z), Optics including a new 2" focusing lens, X rail assembly, Roller wheels,New bearings on the X,Y and Z system, New plastic lid and much much more. We first started off by taking the machine down to the last bolt and had it chemically stripped and powder coated. This will ensure that the finish on the machine will last nearly a lifetime. All of the bolts were cleaned or replaced with the same style SS bolts used from the factory. The unit was then given all new X, Y and z bearings and wheels to give it the smooth operations just as it would have come off the production floor. All of the mirrors and the lens was also replaced and aligned. The Laser tube is a 30 Watt Synrad Firestar with an output of 35.9 watts currently.
