The dry cleaning plant lost its lease and had to close. There is no way to turn on the Marvel machine, because the boiler, compressor, and vacuum were removed from the plant. The chiller is still present and had $500 of repairs done to it just before the plant lost its lease. It is no longer connected to the Marvel, but the chiller can be purchased.  The filter tanks are also still present and can be purchased.    The plant had just received new steam traps. There are double doors in the back of the building thru which to remove the item. The machine is bolted and grouted to the cement floor. Buyer must provide personnel to remove parts of the machine in order for the machine to fit thru the door.  Presumably the machine will be rolled on pipes to the double doors.  Buyer assumes responsibility for the transport of the item and must show in advance to seller, buyer's certificate of insurance to protect seller and seller's premises from damage and personal injury to any party as a result of the moving of the item. Seller will accept cash or paypal. Buyer will receive a written receipt.  The machine was running wonderfully until the end of May, 2013 when the operator of the plant lost his lease.
