MARSH Letter PRESS Stenciling Machine Original Condition Description Consignment item, seller says: "It works and it has one foot or tab missing in the back. It is in original condition and I cut a stencil." Condition: Pre Owned, as is. I am a smoke free home however items are almost all second hand items, thus I don't know the previous conditions. I DO have a short haired black dog. I can only accept paypal per eBay policy or Cash upon pick up. Shipping Shipments get mailed daily by 12:30 PM unless I am out of town. UPS shipments get mailed within 3 days. I love to combine shipping when all purchases are paid for at once. Generally each additional item will be $1.50 shipping charge after the first heavist item has been calculated. eBay does not allow sellers to "offer" shipping insurance. I generally include insurance on battery operated items and items over $10.00. If you want to know about insurance on your package, please contact me. Shipping costs are based on weight of item and your zip code. Shipping costs include delivery confirmation fees & insurance fees when applicable. I do not charge "handling fees".
