We are a verified Paypal user. • Payment is required to be completed within 4 days after auction or sale closes. • If payment has not been paid by 10 days after close we will send a final notice then file a no-pay claim with eBay. • If you live within Florida, or pick your item up at our store, we will charge sales tax (7.00%) • We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Shipping and Claims • All new items are shipped in excellent condition without damage. • Used equipment will be shipped as described. • Customer will be responsible for freight charges unless specified otherwise. • Most items will be shipped within 3 days after payment has been received. • ALWAYS inspect all items & list any irregularities or damage BEFORE accepting them from delivery carrier. • If shipment is pre-paid by B & K Equipment & claim is to be filed, the buyer must advise us & supply us with all necessary paper work as soon after the event as possible. • We cannot complete a claim without proof of damage, etc. & documentation from the buyer. Refunds and Returns • Returns must be approved by B&K Equipment Supply before any item may be returned. • Returns must be properly packaged & return shipping cost are responsibility of the buyer. • Refunds will be made by Paypal, credit card, or check upon acceptance and inspection. • A 15% re-stocking fee will apply. The item(s) will ship direct from us to a commercial business address or you can pick up from our Davie Warehouse. Some residential deliveries will have an additional charge & be delivered to your door only (no inside delivery or uncrating). Businesses without a loading dock may require a lift-gate for an additional fee of $70 . Items can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid residential charges or lift-gate charges. If you need either lift-gate service, residential delivery or any other special requirements, we will need to know before shipping, otherwise carriers will not deliver product and you will be subject to a minimum $45 re-delivery fee, depending on carrier.
