These are a generic brand and are new old stock items recently surplussed by a state government agency. There are 5 cartridges in the box. The box says 6 but one is missing. We use quality new packing materials and boxes. We generally ship with FedEx but there are some occasions when items have to be mailed with the United States Postal Service. Most items are shipped with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Sometimes we also use FedEx SmartPost. We ship within 5 business days of receiving payment. Generally we ship on Mondays and Fridays.
