These phones have not been tested and are being sold as is. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for this item, so please read the entire auction listing before making a purchase or placing a bid. If you have any questions, please contact us. We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. International shipping is available, but buyers should contact us for a quote. Additional shipping charges may apply to deliveries to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery will be made by UPS Ground on the same or next business day after receiving full payment. A UPS tracking number will be provided in the buyer's PayPal account. Payment is required immediately after winning the bid. If payment is not received within 3 days of the auction's end, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item. We do not accept negative feedback if buyers do not adhere to these payment policies. This item comes with a 7-day warranty. We will not be responsible for any issues that arise after 7 days from the delivery date.
