These have not been tested or powered on they are being sold as is. I received these in open defaced boxes. One box has 3 untested bulbs in it. Each Fixture needs 2 bulbs. The Bulbs are PLL 40 Watt. Three bulbs I have are Sylvania Dulux L 40w 20586 841 Because it says on the box treat like glass I prefer local pick up or delivery of these. eBay requires sellers to choose one of their CONDITION categories, but since they do not offer a category that applies to an item that is used but not fully tested (and some buyers do not read the descriptions), we are forced to put this in the "For Parts or not Working" category.
