One of my co-workers pulled all this New Unused Owens-Corning Fiberglass Pipe Insulation of various sizes out of the garbage at the construction site of an elementary school. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. The construction company just had too much left over. I've used some but I don't need anything this big or this much! Now it can be yours at a great price! This box contains: [inside diameter in inches] X [insulation wall thickness in inches] 6) pieces of 2 X 1 5) pieces of 2 5/8 X 1 4) pieces of 2 1/8 X 1 Each piece is 36” long. This is the type of pipe insulation that is split along its length, hinged with self-sealing adhesive over-lap which is a very effective way to strap the insulation around your pipes. Has a very firm fiberglass with a white, canvas wrapper on the outside. Can be easily cut with a utility knife. The box says “Owens Corning Fiberglass Pipe Insulation SSL II “The Stick That Stays Stuck”. Operating Temperatures Up To 850 Degrees.” Download the technical data for this insulation here. Some scuffing and frayed ends occurred when the insulation was thrown away and recovered. It was stored in my shop for over a year in the original box but got some water-marks from an unknown water leak. I've recently used some on my home and at work. It looks great! I used white duct tape to tape the ends together. FYI: Oversized insulation still works well on smaller pipes. I'm selling more three more boxes of pipe insulation on eBay right now!
