Unit powers on. Not otherwise tested. Working when pulled from service in college lab. Missing terminals for output cables and power cord is separating. Unit is in good cosmetic condition. Includes manual.  The Lorain model A25F50 rectifier provides -48 VDC, 25 amp power for a broad range of applications. High frequency design means more power in less space with quiet operation. Because these units are quiet, they can be installed near the equipment they power, eliminating long, costly wire runs. Smaller magnetic units reduce space requirements and ease floor loading. These standard features assure long equipment life and simplified operation. Paralleling provides added capacity and load sharing capability. Selective high voltage shutdown increases rectifier system reliability with a built-in overvoltage shutdown circuit which is activated by a predetermined setting. An automatic low output current test feature provides continuous monitoring to detect a low output current condition by the rectifier. Float/ equalize operation can be controlled remotely. This battery/charger can be started under low or dead battery conditions. LED indicators on the front panel clearly signal power-on status, rectifier failure, high and low voltage alarms, and equalize operation. An analog meter is also provided.
