 Up for Auction today - Loctite Red 271, Model 27141, 250 ml.  Brand new bottles for Auction, some people complained in the past that the bottle is not full so here is the story, the bottle contains 8.45 oz of Loctite and air, the air is needed to keep the Loctite fresh, Loctite starts to work when the air is removed, ie... between tight threads of a bolt. The bottle in total weighs 11.6 ounces, the plastic bottles itself is 3.45 ounces, the rest is your Loctite ! Loctite® Threadlocker Red 271™ is designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. It protects threads from rust and corrosion and prevents loosening from shock and vibration. It is only removable once cured by heating up parts to 500°F (260°C).
