This is an energy compensated geiger counter probe tube. This is the TUBE ONLY. It has a 420 to 550V LND tube inside with a lead and cadmium filter to make the response normal over the entire detection range. This probe is for pure gamma detection, and is best suited to health physics uses as well as dose rate measurement. You can use this tube to make a SE model 4 into a very accurate, true dose rate-meter (add a BNC connector to use the original 712 ABG tube as an external probe as shown to keep the ABG sensitivity :o) If you need this here you go.
