With adjustable temperature and conveyor speed controls, as well as a heating indicator light, the Lincoln Impinger 1302 is easy to operate and control. Its controls are located on the front of the oven, and its conveyor and air distribution fingers are removable through the side-access panels for easy cleaning. Thanks to its uniform heating/cooking, the Lincoln Impinger 1302 offers a wide tolerance for rapid baking at a variety of temperatures. It also has a safety advantage over bath-type ovens, as it eliminates the need for constant tending. Moreover, the oven has one self-contained heating system and comes with customer-specific air fingers on top and bottom, which allow for heat to be adjusted and controlled by zoning. The Lincoln Impinger 1302 is a top-of-the-line conveyor oven that delivers fast and efficient cooking for all your food products. With a 240-volt, 1-phase design, this oven is built to last and is perfect for any busy restaurant or commercial kitchen. Featuring AIR IMPINGEMENT technology, this oven uses hot air under pressure to surround food with small jets of hot air. This allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods, two to four times faster than conventional ovens, depending on the food product being cooked. Constructed with No. 4 finish stainless steel, this oven is designed to withstand daily use and abuse. Its flexible stainless steel conveyor belt has a capacity for 16вЂќ wide product and a travel distance of 31вЂќ on the standard conveyor or 50вЂќ on the extended conveyor, of which 20вЂќ is in the baking chamber. The direct drive conveyor is powered by a DC motor.
