We are reluctantly selling this great office chair.   This was purchased at Relax the Back in Sugarland, TX in Nov/Dec 2012.   Why are selling this chair?   We purchased this chair for my wife's home office in late 2012 - she had been using our dining table as her office and I leveraged the upcoming houseful of visitors as a reason to move the entire eyesore into a separate room.  Within a couple of weeks, she accepted a new position and we found ourselves both making week-long trips to the West Coast - which caused us to move to Northern CA by February 2013.  This chair was kept in temp-controlled storage (about 14-15 months) until we relocated to Austin TX in April of this year.   Since we moved this into our latest house, it has been ignored in an unused bedroom.  My wife now works at an office downtown rather than the home office.  I work in the home office and although I love this chair, I have committed to a standing desk and only use an uncomfortable stool to prevent myself from taking long sitting breaks.   What is the condition of this chair? This chair has seen less than 100 hours (realistically, probably half of that - but I'm trying to be conservative here) of actual butt time from my wife who is 5'0 and around 100 lbs.   The only actual sign of use is a scuff on one of the armrests (highlighted in one of the attached pictures here) - I can only assume that this happened in the process of moving it from the Houston area to Austin this year.  Otherwise, I would consider this chair to be in much better shape than any floor model and like new other than the armrest scuff.  It's always been in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.   What are the options included with this chair? In referencing the RTB store website, this is the Brisa Simulated Leather in Salsa with Standard Black Base and no other seat upgrades ($1795 new as configured).  Please see the RTB website for the full description of ergonomic options - I'd recommend stopping by the RTB store to even take one for a test drive if you're looking at this auction.   How am i supposed to put this thing together once it arrives?   The chair was surprisingly easy to take apart (...and likewise, easy to reassemble).  I made sure it would break down into ship-able pieces and boxed everything up securely before deciding to offer it here on eBay.  I also kept everything well-organized to help you put it together quickly: The 45 lb. box has only the base in it.  You will set this on the floor with the steel rod facing up (keeping in mind that the base is actually upside-down from it's final assembled state).  At this point, you will remove the locking clip (I found a needle nose pliers to work well here) and 1-flat washer.  Set these 2 items aside for now.   The 12 lb. box has only the bottom spindle in it.   You will place the spindle onto the rod, keeping in mind that the 5 wheels will be inserted into the 5 outside holes, which should now be facing up towards the ceiling.  Replace the flat washer and locking clip at this point.    The heaviest 50 pound box includes the wheels, seat cushion, back cushion, and 2 armrests.   Take the wheels out of the ziplock bag and insert them into the holes in the spindle - they will slide in fairly easily.  Once the wheels are in place, flip the entire thing over. You are now ready to put the seat cushion in place.  There are four screws (standard size allen wrench required) that I put back into the cushion holes - simply remove these screws and line up the cushion with the plate on the base.   Make sure the narrow end is facing towards the back (refer to the pictures included here for help if necessary.  Tighten up the four allen screws. Next, put the back cushion in place.  It is either 3 or 4 screws (again - standard size allen wrench required) that are in the appropriate plate for shipping.  Just remove these screws and line up the cushion with the plate. Finally, loosen up the 2 hand-tightened spindles on the base for your armrests.  The arm rests slide into the slot and you can reinsert the hand-tightened spindles.   It will most likely take you longer to read and try to understand my directions than actually put the chair together.  Once you have it together, you will spend plenty of time fine tuning all of the adjustment options to find the perfect fit.  There are some great video clips and recommendations online to find the best fit for you.    Why is shipping so expensive?  Will you consider other options?   If you happen to be local and want to pick this up, I will offer to put it together for you free-of-charge and obviously delete any shipping charges.  However, I wanted to make sure that I could easily take this apart and box it securely (everything is triple/quadruple boxed from boxes I made last weekend) before even offering it for sale here with shipping as an option.  Unfortunately, I could not create a way to safely send this in 1 or 2 boxes.  The price you see here ($200) is from a quick comparison I did online with UPS and USPS shipping from my location to North Dakota.  Once the auction is over and I have your zip code, we can compare options and I will charge actual shipping/insurance price.  If you have an account with more competitive prices and want to send me shipping labels and schedule a pick-up, I’d be happy to work with you.  Here are the box details: ·        Box 1 – 32” X 24” X 15”, 50 lbs ·        Box 2 – 24” X 21” X 16”, 45 lbs ·        Box 3 – 29” X 31” X 8”, 12 lbs
