With carrying case. Description The Cinch Rescue Collar™ is a new multi-use rescue device offering security and simplicity for the victim as well as versatility for the rescuer. With carrying case. Purpose The Cinch Rescue Collar™ was designed for swift water or blue water rescue as well as high rise rescues, cliff extractions, and other confined area rescues. The three most prominent platforms for using the Cinch Rescue Collar™ are from a helicopter, land base and water craft. Application The Cinch Rescue Collar™ is a first line rescue device allowing the victims to enter the collar from either side of the loop. Once the victim has properly entered the collar, the rescuer applies tension. The victims weight releases the connector allowing the collar to "cinch" around them. Specifications: Color High visibility yellow Weight 3.5 lbs. Size Open position, inside diameter approx. 20" Material 500 Denier Cordura, coated Foam Closed cell polyethylene D-Ring Aluminum anodized 5,000 lbs. PLEASE EXAMINE PICTURES CLOSELY BEFORE BIDDING!
