Affordable Binding Equipment "Quality and Integrity have no fear of time."   "Affordable" doesn't mean cheaply made, just quality made simply. This auction is for one plastic laminate (same as used on kitchen counter tops) covered box which contains lead.   I build as I have time (I am a self employed cabinetmaker 32 years in the trade).  It weights 8 to 9 pounds plus or minus.  It can be used for small pressing jobs so it frees up your regular press for other things.  Great also flower pressing.   NOTE:  The color of the laminate will be different than the picture as I use excess stock from my shop. Dimensions are: 5-1/4" x 8-3/8" x 1-1/2" thick. I sell a complete line of hand bookbinding equipment; go to "see other items" above right or the web site. Exclusively on the web site is a trimming plough, papermaking press and a letterpress proofing press. I can custom-build to order any of these items including. I will also consider building any custom item you might have in mind. Contact me with what you have in mind. SHIPPING NOTE:    Because of the weight of this block, I will not combine shipping if you buy something else; it will be shipped a priority-mail medium flat rate  box by itself.    It's almost always cheaper to ship this in the flat rate box than combine it with something else, and I am very concerned that this heavy lead block will damage whatever else you bought.   NOTE:  I reserve the right to cancel any and all sales to ANY third party shipping companies who ship to overseas buyers,  including ACI Express.
