This is a new replacement blower wheel manufactured by Lau industries. I purchased it for my HVAC system but needed the CCW version (50/50 90 rule) so this was never used. It's possible to reverse the rotation if there is enough room in your blower housing and/or motor shaft to flip it from convex to concave. Mine did not have the room.
