The Lathem DDC4-RS is a digital wall clock with 4-inch numbers that can be used as a secondary clock to virtually any master controlled system using an RS485 input. This item is brand new and has never been installed, although the box has been opened. While there is no accompanying owner's manual, you can find complete information on Lathem's website. This clock can function as a standalone system or replace worn-out analog clocks in an existing setup. It is especially useful in industrial plants. This 4-inch digital clock can operate as a secondary clock to virtually any master controlled system. It features a large 4-inch tall digital display model that is highly visible from 100 feet. The clock can be directly mounted to the wall or mounted to a single gang outlet box. It also comes with a vented hole plug for 1/2 inch conduit. Specifications for the Lathem DDC4-RS include dimensions of 6.75"H x 15.50"W x 3.13"D (17.1cm x 39.0cm x 7.9cm) and a weight of 9 lbs (4.086 kg). The display is 4-inch red 7-segment LED 4 digit LED, and the housing is made of extruded aluminum with black textured paint. It comes with a 24V AC, 400mA typical (RS-24) 115V AC, 80mA typical 220V AC, 40mA typical (opt.) line power, and a 9V DC, 1.2mA The clock is equipped with a vented hole plug for 1/2 inch conduit, and during power failures, a 9-volt alkaline battery provides power to continue timekeeping. When power resumes, the display illuminates the correct time. You can also use the DDC-TC Timer Control (sold separately) for countdowns and countdowns. The selectable time display is 12 hours and minutes with PM indicator or 24 hours and minutes. Thanks to the flexibility that this clock offers, you can install additional clocks or replace worn clocks in an existing analog system. Even if installed far away, the 4-inch tall digital display model is highly visible from 100 feet. It can be directly mounted to a wall or mounted to a single gang outlet box. With optional kits, it can also be dual wall mounted or dual ceiling mounted.
