ETI Laser Guide Kit Laser-guide kit is used for guiding the welding seam with laser, the kit includes a laser emitter, laser cover and a monting arm, the laser modulator modulates the laser, which emittes from laser emitter. With the advantage of laser guide kit, it will be very easy to control the submerged arc welding head. Most of the submerged arc welding machine operators prefers to use a laser guide kit instead of using guide pin or other mechanical like guides. Easy to adjust By the help of flexible mounting arm it is very easy to adjust the laser point location .Operators can tilt laser cover and rotate the mounting arm No extra part needed Most of the lincoln welding heads come without extension kit (KP2721-1) .Because of this problem an extra part added to the system to easy setup. Flexible mounting arm When using extension kit mounting arm can directly put through on it .This monuting arm also can be used in ESAB submerged arc weldig tractors and heads. What is Included? Eti laser guide kit comes with 3 main parts.These parts are ; mounting arm , assembly kit , laser cover. Assembly kit used for easy setup the guiding kit to Lincoln NA3 and NA4 welding heads By the help of mounting arm system also can be use if Lincoln Extension kit(KP2721-1) added to the welding head or Lincoln LT7 SAW tractor. Mountinghead holds the laser cover , which cools down the laser emitter. How to use it? If you are going to use this kit on an ESAB submerged arc welding tractor or welding head (A2,A6) first you have to know the control unit.If the system is controlled by the help of ESAB PEK controler you can directly use it. If the system is controlled by ESAB PEH controller you need to find +5V DC output. If you are going to use this kit on a Lincoln Electric Submerged Arc Welding tractor or welding head you have to use a additional 110V AC-5V DC adaptor. Operation manual will be sent with the products.
