JetFlex Bond Mount 302 Series tapes meet the requirements of very demanding printers in achieving the highest print standards while optimizing at all stages the manufacturing process, by simplifying mounting and removal of double-adhesive tapes from the photopolymer plate. The different adhesives used in formulating the JetFlex Bond Mount 302 Series range of product simplify the manual operations, because the special type of acrylic adhesive used on the plate side allows easy repositioning of even large-size photopolymer and easy removal of same after printing operations leaving no adhesive or residue behind (with no need to use hair spray, talcum powder, etc.) The use of a rubber-based adhesive on the cylinder side ensures excellent grip and easy and clean removal of the cushion tape from the cylinder, even when printing operations have long been completed. The embossed polypropylene liner has been specifically selected for easy re-mounting, while releasing trapped air.
