We have not listed specifications for this SEM. I am not sure if the specs remain the same across all JSM-6400F SEM's. This unit is located at our warehouse facility in Rockingham, NC, 28379 This Jeol SEM comes from a local university. I spoke with the SEM lab manager where this unit was operated. He said it is in excellent condition and that he personally supervised and helped in it's recent decommission, handling, and packing of the instrument and all accessories. This unit is ready for work. Of course, once re-installed it will have to be baked prior to use, as would any FESEM. We have not powered this unit up or tested it in anyway. Our view of "Excellent Condition" is based solely on the SEM lab manager's description and rating of the machine. The unit looks great and the manager was a real pleasure to speak with. He had no vested interest in the sale of the unit. Funds from the SEM's sale go back into our state's general fund, not the university or his department. Payment: $1000.
