ITS Semi-automated Sealing System There are two in stock. One has extremely low usage, the other was a backup system and never put into use. The ITS is capable of sealing a wide variety of lid and package combinations - lead frame substrates in a multi-up array, or singulated parts. The installation is easy (using quick connect fittings) and the process cycle is straightforward and operator friendly. The ITS system is designed to handle multiple package designs. This is accomplished by changing the custom designed inserted plates. RJR designs customer tooling to fit the customer's package design, thereby allowing a single ITS system to handle numerous package configurations. (Current configuration The RJR standard ITS model 4"x8" includes one set of custom design plates (27 Dies .5x.5" squares), a transfer tool and loading plate. Utilizing RJR's QuikBond™ material, a customer can obtain a completely sealed and cured package within four minutes. This item is available for viewing at our facility.
