Shipment of Products per routine order to Buyer and subsequent back orders related to the original shipment shall be shipped FOB Destination. Emergency, rush orders, and orders not regularly scheduled are subject to an added shipping charge determined by Seller. All orders are subject to a handling charge and will be added to the corresponding invoice. Seller shall have the right to ship the Products at all times via its own vehicle or a carrier selected by Seller. Products that have come in contact with body fluids are NOT RETURNABLE due to the hazard incurred in the returns process. The Intruder Economy Readers Safety Glasses combine protection and viewing enhancement with built-in lens magnification for detailed viewing. These safety glasses have three models with +1.5, +2.0, or +2.5 diopter powers available, providing clear reading lens options that exceed the ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-10 High Impact Requirements. The lens insert is strategically placed out of the user's direct line of vision and provides 99% protection from harmful UV-A and UV-B rays. The 100% polycarbonate lens construction ensures durability. Each package contains 1 ea of the safety glasses (CBL104994). CeilBlue accepts US PayPal as a payment method. For orders less than $125 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States, a $8.95 shipping and handling fee is charged. However, no shipping and handling is charged for standard ground delivery on orders of $125 or more before tax. The terms and conditions of this document supersede the terms and conditions of any purchase order made by Buyer for Seller's products. Seller's terms of payment are Net 30 days. If any invoiced amount remaining unpaid after thirty (30) days, unless disputed in good faith, shall be deemed "past due." Past due balances are subject to a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month. Seller may suspend Seller's performance or declare due and payable all other amounts invoiced by Seller to Buyer regardless of when such payments would otherwise be due from Buyer if Buyer fails to pay any or all of the invoiced amount when due or if Buyer's credit or financial status erodes or otherwise renders Seller insecure.
