All four rubber feet are intact. Functionality/Degree of Testing: Unit powers on with working display and motor. All buttons and knob are responsive. We were able to set the timer to 29 minutes. Motor spins at two different speeds. When the speed adjustment knob cursor is set to the first “E” in “SPEED” the motor spins at a low speed. When the speed adjustment knob cursor is set in between the “EE” in “SPEED”, the motor spins at a higher speed. We do not have the necessary resources to further test this unit.
