SYSTEM COMPOSED OF FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT ENTRY: 17182 PARENT, 17183 -17188 OPERATIONAL STATUS: EQUIPMENT WAS FULLY OPERATIONAL AND UTILIZED CLINICALLY (ON LIMITED BASIS) PRIOR TO DE-INSTALL. X- RAY TUBE AND IMAGE INTENSIFIER HAVE LIFE REMAINING. EQUIPMENT WAS DE-INSTALLED IN A CAREFUL /CONTROLLED MANNER IN ANTICIPATION FOR FUTURE RE-INSTALLATION. HARDWARE (BOLTS/ETC) WAS EITHER PLACED BACK IN ORIGINAL MOUNTING HOLE LOCATIONS OR PACKAGED/LABELED. ELECTRICAL CABLE CONNECTORS ARE LABELED. DELICATE ITEMS ARE BUBBLE WRAPPED. - This is currently packaged on five to six pallets and will have to be shipped freight (Very Heavy!) - This was professionally disassembled and palletized. It will need technicians to reassemble. It was being used and maintained under contract until the day of disasssembly.
