Warranty period starts the day the equipment is shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All goods or equipment sold by Top Dog Test are subject to a limited 14-day ROR (Right of Return) unless otherwise noted. This ROR is limited to goods found to be non-acceptable due to cosmetic defect (not previously disclosed) or item not meeting manufacturer's spec as advertised. ROR does not apply to wrong item(s) ordered by customer. All items past the 14-day ROR period will only be accepted with written approval by Top Dog Test.
