The top cover is marked Lot 142 in black and marks on the front top (see picture). The front cover plastic is a little bubbled up by the Vernier button and by the LOL button (does not effect the operations of the unit).The serial # is 2851G08605. Works with 120 & 240 voltage. We always re-check the item before we ship it. This makes sure the item is working when it left my shop. NO options are marked.
