It appears to be in working order but this is not guaranteed. The dial turns completely from bottom to top of scale. There are no obvious broken internal parts when the unit is shaken. The needle seems to be free and flowing when the unit is shaken. That is about the extent of the testing I can do. I am starting this at $49.95 as a No Reserve Auction.
