This unit ships guaranteed to work for 30-days, parts and labor, excluding freight. This unit will ship with test leads even though the picture does not show them. We may not have an exact manual for this unit. The AUTO unit is no longer made and I am not sure what the specification differences are, however the output is the same. They are designed to perform AC dielectric tests and DC dielectric tests. Key Safety Features: Recessed, Twist Lock High Voltage Reentrant Connection - Minimizes user accessibility to high voltage. Also prevents the output lead from being accidentally removed from the high voltage outlet. Interlock Provision - Allows easy installation of any type of safety switch into the interlock circuit. Breaking this circuit will prohibit the generation of high voltage. Over Current Protection - Protects the user and the test object from excess current levels by shutting down the high voltage instantly. The overload sensitivity is continuously adjustable to allow testing of various test loads. Audible/Visual Alarms - The audible and visual indications provide a clear indication of an overload situation or a go/no-go failure. Zero Start Interlock - Ensures that the voltage control adjustment is turned to zero volts when the high voltage transformer is energized. Gravity Operated Solenoid - Discharges the object under test when a failure occurs in the object under test or when power is turned off.
