Brief introduction Featuring big torque, robust structure, high efficiency, the CNC planer type (T - type) boring & milling machine TK6513 is an integration of modern mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.  Equipped with advanced CNC system, it can realize simultaneous control of any 4 axes for its total 6 (optional 7) axes with linear and circular interpolation.  The machine is an ideal equipment for frame or box type work pieces with requirements on precision machining of holes and milling of surfaces.  Main features:  ? Structure  3.1 The machine is a planer type CNC machine with a T type layout of front and rear beds. X axis - cross travel of table Y axis - vertical movement of spindle head W axis  - axial travel of boring spindle V axis – Longitudinal movement of column Z axis  - axial travel of ram (option) B axis - table rotation  3.2 Machine bodies: Beds, column, table, ram and saddle are made of premium resin sand cast iron with FEM analysis and aging treatment to secure the optimum rigidity & stability. Beds are of closed-box-shape with reinforcing ribs and optimized multi supporting points. The column is of big section with reinforcing ribs at both cross & vertical sections.  3.3 Guideways: Enclosed constant-flow hydrostatic guideways on X, Y, V and B axes feature high contact rigidity, heavy load, high damping capability, low friction and low high-frequency-vibration. Industrial plastic is coated on X and V axes for low friction and smooth movement while tin-copper alloy and industrial plastic form combined coating on Y and B axes. Telescopic covers are quipped on X, Y and V axes to keep intrusion of fluids, chips and dusts.  3.4 The table can rotate and clamp automatically at different angles. Rotary guideways under the table are made of cast iron with industrial material coating. Double cylindrical roller bearings ensure high rotating stability, positioning accuracy and big loading capacity. Load relief mechanism is adopted to enhance the rotating accuracy. With hydraulic cylinders located around, the table can be firmly locked at specific angles for cutting.  3.5 The spindle consists of boring spindle and milling spindle and is made of refined & nitrified 38CrMoAlA alloy steel that features high wear resistant characteristics. The spindle is precision ground and polished. High speed, high rigidity and high accuracy angle-contact ball bearings are adopted on the spindle. Tool clamping is realized with pre-loaded Belleville springs and pull stud while de-clamping is with hydraulic power with high reliability. To avoid thermal deformation of spindle and maintain high precision at high speed rotating, oil cooler unit is adopted onto the spindle bearings. Machine without ram Machine with ram  3.6 Main drive system: Main motor and a two-step gear shifting gearbox are equipped in the main drive system, with variable speeds in each of the spindle speed step. 3.7 Feeding mechanism: Feed mechanisms of X, Y, V and W axes adopt servo feeding motors and preloaded ballscrews that can be adjusted to eliminate the backlash. Feeding of rotary table adopts dual-pinion mechanism to drive the big gear ring which maintains a high rotating accuracy.  3.8 Hydraulic systems: Centralized hydraulic power pack is adopted for providing the hydraulic power. Oil temperature cooling mechanism is adopted to maintain a constant oil temperature. Oil circuits are sealed for less contamination of oil which flows into the hydrostatic, lubrication and tool de-clamping system. Hydraulic oil is also pumped to lubricate the spindle bearing ring, gears and bearings in the spindle gearbox.  3.9 Lubrication: Lubrication oils are pumped to various points on the moving components and the nuts on the ballscrews. To avoid damage that may be caused by lack of clean oil film, the system adopts automatic timing lubrication that can maintain a certain oil film.  3.10 CNC controller: Powerful Fanuc 0i-MD is adopted to optimize functions of the machine.  3.11 Safety setups: Various setups are made to keep the machine running properly and safely:  1). Protection for overheat and sharp pressure drop of the hydraulic system,  2). Protection for failure of lubrication,  3). Protection for overload of spindle assembly,  4). Interlock of automatic tool de-clamping on spindle and spindle rotation start,  5). Protection for overload of feeding system,  6). Soft limit,  7). Over-travel limit, etc.  3.12 External tool cooling system & automatic chip conveyor (optional): Big volume coolant tank and automatic chip conveyor are available as an option. 4.
