This item comes from a lot that is either a shelf pull, discontinued, or is a store return. The boxes may have damage, some significant, but I do my best to test items that I can. (I can't install light switches, outlets, etc, but you get the idea.) There may be some things missing, and there may not be any instructions.. I do my best to describe the item included. If I know of something missing, I will tell you in the ad. But, I'm not an electrician or handyman and sometimes don't know if there are parts, pieces or information missing.
