This warmer is currently wired for 240 volt power, but it can be rewired to work on 120 volt power. This warmer new runs about $3700.00. It has been checked out and is working fine. You will not be disappointed with this warmer. Your satisfaction is guaranteed with this item. I have two of these 54 inch units available and four 48 inch models also, all in great condition.
