This good working power supply is used, a little dusty / dirty but all voltages measure right on and are adjustable.Output available is +5 volts DC at 4 amps, plus & minus 9 to 12 volts DC at 1/2 amp.  That is 3 separate outputs with a heavy duty transformer that will run forever.  Input Voltage is 120 VAC.  Weight is 8 1/2 lbs.  I personally used this to power 8 and 16 bit computers in the late '80s.  It has sat around a long time since then, but will not let you down.  If you need more current I have some similar to this one but with 5 volts at 6 amps.  I will ship via Canada Post to anywhere in North America.
