It powers up and stirs fine, but as soon as it reaches 600 RPM it seems to just jump to full speed and stays there unless you go back under 600 RPM. I really lack the knowledge and equipment to test this piece properly and so it is being sold as-is. Unpacked dims are 13*9*4. Please ask questions or indicate concerns prior to bidding.
