Some items require a return to be approved prior to shipment by calling us at the number in the listing or sending us a message. We DO NOT accept returns on some items after they have been installed, including but not limited to Gaskets, Seals, Belts, Electronic Parts, Filters, and Bearings. If you simply purchased the wrong part we will accept a return but the item must be as it was received, shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer, and there will be a 20% restocking fee minus the original shipping cost. Contact us if you receive the wrong item or a defective item. These sometimes have gray areas so they need to be addressed as they come but we will solve the issue in one way or another.
