General Radio Company Random Noise Generator Type 1390-B Power tested ONLY. Powers up with no hesitation. Currently, we do not have the ability to perform further testing. All components (i.e. switches, knobs, ports, buttons, etc.) appear to be intact and functional. Face plate is missing screws which causes the shell to be removed with ease. The two latches in the back hold the shell together well enough for intended use. Instruction manuals, additional peripherals, and any other components NOT included.
