Not all auctions are the same. ** Your item is coming from a smoke free but animal loving home. 1) WARRANTIES - All of these new and used items are being sold AS-IS. I will try to disclose all information that I know about each item. In the event the return of an item is needed, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 2) COMBINED SHIPPING - I will combine shipping on multiple auctions, however you will need to contact me within 24 hours of the first auction close and let me know your intent to combine auctions. After receiving your email stating the items to combine, I will provide you with a shipping total. Since I will only be using 1 package the overall shipping price should be lower than if I ship individually. 3) SHIPPING-I ship most auctions via USPS due to tracking and reliability reasons. It is my experience that USPS provides the best service and the best tracking of any shipper out there. In select auctions with larger items I may use UPS. I can use your account # at your request. Rest assured that I will do everything in my power to make sure the item is packaged securely so that your item arrives the way you saw it in the picture. 4) PAYMENT - All auctions must be paid for within 5 business days. Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. I accept PayPal, or Cash for local pickups. I do NOT accept personal or business checks. Unless stated otherwise, I will do everything possible to ship your item within 24 business hours. To do this, the customer needs to pay promptly after auction close. I will not ship on Saturday or Sunday. 5) FEEDBACK – I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If anything about your transaction is not to your satisfaction, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback, inform me of the issue, and I will do my best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction in order to receive positive feedback. I will give Positive feedback within 24 hrs of the item being paid for. 6) CONTACT- If for any reason you need to contact me, whether before or after the sale, use EBAY Contact Member.
