The US Postal Service has recently announced they are bankrupt and have taken a number of actions including increasing the international shipping rates between 200% - 400%. The shipping charges are now unacceptably high. We ship internationally using USPS Priority mail only due to damage and loss problems with flat rate and lower cost services.
