It features excellent initial grab and ultimate bond strength, and it dries clear. However, please note that this product is not compatible with solid vinyl tiles and planks or other vinyl backed floor structures. The GAL H430 VCT TL ADHESIVE 12098 bonds well to cementitious underlayments, concrete, and terrazzo. It is also recommended for use over existing cutback adhesive, existing well-bonded noncushioned vinyl tile and sheet flooring, and wood substrates. Please fill any cracks, holes, and low spots with a polymer-modified cementitious patching or leveling compound and wait for it to fully cure before applying the adhesive. With a VOC content of only 1 g/L, as calculated and reported by the South Coast Air Quality Management District 1168, this adhesive is highly recommended. It comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
