Please look at the photos. The unit powers-up & rotates smooth & quietly. It responds to the speed control setting. This is the only testing that has been performed. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. The unpacked dimensions of this item are approximately 15“L x 11“W x 6“H.
