Please look at the photos. The unit powers-up with a 12Vdc power supply (not included) & rotates up to 70 RPM smooth & quietly, although this is the only testing that has been performed. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is. The unpacked dimensions of this item are approximately 17“L x 6“W x 7“H.
